Smt.Anusha Nandish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has constructed the residential - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7309-DB WP No. 26336 of 2025 house in the year 2006, before the issuance of the preliminary notification dated 30.12.2008. He has submitted representation for regularization of the house so constructed. The representation not having met its consideration, has preferred this petition before this Court. 3. Sri Shivaprasad Shantanagoudar, learned counsel for the respondents – BDA submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law. 4. In the light of the aforesaid submission, we deem it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER a. The writ petition is allowed. b. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority to consider the representation dated 24.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner, which has acknowledgment dated 24.04.2025, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7309-DB WP No. 26336 of 2025 c. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority shall also communicate the order that would be passed on the representation, to the petitioner. d.
