Heard Mr. Faiz Ur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No.24 of 2026. 3. The petitioner was suspected to have enticed away the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage. An amount of rupees fifty thousand was also found missing. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a love affair between the petitioner and the victim which can be deciphered from the 183 BNSS statement of the victim. By referring to the said statement, it has been submitted that the petitioner and the victim had gone to Jamshedpur. Subsequently, a message having been received by the petitioner on his mobile in which his family members wanted them to come back they had come to Latehar and the father of the victim had taken her back. Learned counsel submits that the informant had not alleged about any sexual assault upon her. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2026 and the matter has been compromised between the parties. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the fact that admittedly there was a love affair between the petitioner and the victim and since the matter has been compromised between the parties, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Manika P.S.
