The petitioner is an accused in connection with Burmamines P.S. Case No.13 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that some miscreants had entered into the sub-station and by making the guards hostage had taken away copper coil and the other electric equipments. The petitioner is alleged to have been implicated in this case on the confession of the co-accused. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except the confession of the co-accused there is no other material which can connect the petitioner with the commission of the offence. It has further been added that the petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2026. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. However, regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Burmamines P.S.
