The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 49 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and another accused were apprehended by the Police and from their possession, mobile phones and sims were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward for lodging any complaint. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.04.2026. 4 Learned Spl.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 49 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailer should be the close relative of the petitioner. 6. This application stands allowed. (RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY, J.)
