The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024. 3. It has been alleged that the informant had sent TMT Sariya through Truck No. JH10BQ 3392 from Rungta Mines, Chaliyama to Gamharia but neither the truck reached its destination nor the driver was found traceable. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that so far as the petitioners are concerned they are neither the driver nor the owner of the truck in question. It has been submitted that they have been implicated on the confessional statement of one Md. Safruddin and Managobinda Mahanta. 5. It has further been submitted that both the petitioners have been depicted to be involved in selling of stolen iron. Learned counsel submits that neither the truck nor the goods loaded on it have been traced out. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 7. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioners, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 8. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Seraikella in connection with ( 2026:JHHC:15894 ) 2 Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 9. This application stands allowed. (RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY, J.)
