However, before passing of order dated 06.02.2025, appeal submitted by petitioner was already decided vide order dated 05.03.2024 which could not be brought to the notice of this Court. As the appeal preferred by petitioner has already been decided prior to passing of order in the writ petition, no further compliance remained pursuant to the order passed by this Court.
