The son of the informant and others were assaulted by the accused persons on refusal to give Rs.5,000/- as demanded by the accused persons for consuming liquor. 4. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Aashish. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2026. 5. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S.
