The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, assailing the Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting dated 17th May, 2026 in respect of the lift maintenance charges. 3. In the opinion of this Court, this writ petition is not maintainable as the challenge is to the resolution passed by a private society. 4. The Petitioners are free to avail of their remedies in accordance with law in terms of the decision in Viresh & Anr. v. Registrar of Co-operative Societies and Ors., 2020 SCC OnLine Del 2296 5. Petitioners have made a representation dated 27th July, 2026 to the RCS. Let the same be decided within 30 days by the RCS. 6. The petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
