Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that petitioner is facing criminal trial being case crime no. 0121 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 376-D of IPC, P.S. Chaurakhas, District Kushi Nagar. 4. In the circumstances, petition stands governed by the judgment of this Court in the case of Mohammad Munna v. Union of India and 5 Others, Writ C No. 37529 of 2026, decided on 18th September, 2026. 5. Petition is accordingly disposed in terms of the aforesaid judgment of this Court.
