1. Heard Mr. Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned P.P.
2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.89 of 2025.
3. It has been alleged that several bank accounts were identified which were used to receive amounts obtained after committing cybercrime.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has an account in Bandhan Bank in which an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- was deposited. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.08.2025.
5. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crimes, Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.89 of
2025.
7. This application stands allowed.
