CMP No.17036 of 2026 The present application under Order 1, Rule 10, read with Section 151 CPC has been filed by the applicants for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1-Bhagat Ram. As per the applicants, respondent No.1- Bhagat Ram had expired on 21.10.2021 during pendency of the appeal and has left behind his legal representatives, mentioned in para-2 of the application. However, his interest continued to be substantially represented by his sons, namely, Ram Pal and Ram Dayal, who are already on record as respondents No.3 and 4, respectively. Hence, it is prayed that deceased respondent No.1-Bhagat Ram may be ordered to be substituted by all his legal representatives. 2. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and deceased respondent No.1- Bhagat Ram is ordered to be substituted by his legal representatives, mentioned in para-2 of the application, subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo of parties, annexed with the application, is ordered to be taken on record. 3. The application stands disposed of.. CMP No.17038 of 2026 4. The present application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by applicants/respondents No. 1(a) to 1(g) and respondent No.6 for release of the awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, as per their respective shares. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants stated that the SLP filed against the judgment dated 31.07.2025, passed by this Court has been dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, vide order dated 29.05.2026. 6. No reply is intended to be filed to this application and the learned Deputy Advocate for non- applicants/appellants has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. 7. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(g) and respondent No.6, coupled with the fact that the judgment passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(g) and respondent No.6, as per their respective shares in the total awarded amount of compensation, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-6 of the application. CMPs No.17021 to 17023 /2026 in RFA No.228/2006 15.07.2026 Present: Mr. Sanjeev Kuthiala, Senior Advocate, with Ms. Tamanna Sharma, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. CMP No.17021 of 2026 The present application under Order 1, Rule 10, read with Section 151 CPC has been filed by the applicant- Hotam Ram for impleading him as respondent No.1(a) being the sole legal representative of deceased respondent No.1-Chet Ram. 2. As per the applicant, respondent No.1- Chet Ram had expired on 14.10.2008 and he is the sole legal heir of deceased respondent No.1- Chet Ram, being his nephew and has inherited his estate on the basis of Will dated 31.12.2007 and in this regard, Mutation No.4410, dated 18.06.2009 has also been attested in his favour. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be impleaded as respondent No.1(a) in the array of parties, being the legal representative of deceased respondent No.1 Chet Ram. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant as well as copies of death certificate of deceased respondent No.1 and Will dated 31.12.2007.
