JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 16/01/2026 Matter comes up on an application No. 17/2026 for recalling the orders dated 22.11.2024 and 19.10.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court passed the per-emptory order dated 19.10.2024 and granted two weeks' time to cure the defects. He further submits that due to some bona fide reasons, the order dated 19.10.2024 could not be complied with and resultantly the revision petition was dismissed vide order dated 22.11.2024. He further submits that during pendency of the revision both the parties have entered into compromise. He has prayed to allow the application and to recall the orders dated 22.11.2024 and 19.10.2024. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed and the orders dated 22.11.2024 and 19.10.2024 are recalled and revision petition is restored to its original number.
