The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 112 of 2026 arising out of Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022. 3. The brother of the informant was abducted by co-accused Raushan Yadav. 4. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of Raushan Yadav. The dead body was also recovered at the instance of Raushan Yadav. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a money transaction between the petitioner and the co-accused of an amount of Rs. 700/-which was one of the reasons for implicating the petitioner. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2025. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has been implicated primarily on account of suspicion, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VII, Hazaribag in connection with S.T.
