The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 325 of 2025. Subsequent thereto, the petitioner had once again moved for grant of bail in B.A. No. 775 of 2026 which however was dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Though it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 18.07.2024 but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents two of which are in Uttarakhand and in Kolkata.
