1. This appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, (for short, 'Act of 1989') is filed against impugned rejection order dated 06.12.2025 (Annexure A-1), whereby appellants' application filed

under Section 483 of the BNSS for grant of bail has been rejected.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. However, he submits that looking to the period of detention of appellants, i.e, since 02.11.2024, a direction be issued to the trial Court concerned to conclude the trial at the earliest, within an specified time framed.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for appellants.
4. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial, expeditiously, as soon as possible, if there is no any legal impediment. Certified copy as per rules.
