The communication of the Joint Medical Officer of Health, Malda dated February 16, 2026 has been placed before this Court wherefrom it appears that the District Inspector of Schools has been forwarded the original medical examination report of the petitioner. 3. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspect of Schools to take immediate necessary steps for forwarding the prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer on medical ground to the School Service Commission for taking further necessary steps in the matter. 4. The School Service Commission shall dispose of the prayer of the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a 2 period of six weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the District Inspector of Schools. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
