Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deodanr P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.03 of 2026. One Bijay Bhagat was running a factory of Ganja and illicit liquor. On a search conducted, Ganja, illicit liquor and instruments for manufacturing and bottling of liquor were seized. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.4600 of 2026 and B.A. No.4585 of 2026. It has been submitted that the petitioner was merely a labour working under Bijay Bhagat. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 05.02.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with Deodanr P.S.
