Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P assisted by Mr. Virendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chatra (Sadar) P.S. Case No.75 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was fired upon as a result of which he died. The son of the informant was having an affair with Karishma Kumari which was objected to by her parents. 4. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of the parents of Karishma Kumari subsequent to which, the petitioner had also confessed. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that one of the co-accused Lila Devi has been granted bail in B.A. No.4677 of 2026. 6. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned 2026:JHHC:16173 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Chatra (Sadar) P.S.
