JUSTICE TUSHAR RAO GEDELA O R D E R % 06.08.2026 1. Pursuant to the order dated 13.07.2026, learned counsel for the plaintiff has placed on record the settlement arrived at between the parties. 2. The documents placed on record which are relevant to indicate that the parties have settled their disputes is an e-mail dated 27.03.2026, which forms part of the additional documents filed on 01.08.2026 vide diary no.318046/2026. It is stated by learned counsel that according to para 3 of the said e-mail, a sum of USD 76,200 was to be paid by the defendants to the plaintiff and certain other terms were also incorporated therein. There are further e-mails which indicate that the parties were discussing the final terms. 3. In support of the aforesaid, the plaintiff has also placed on record two documents which are Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (hereinafter referred to as “SWIFT”) transactions which clearly indicate receipt of the settled amount in two tranches i.e., USD 10,000 paid on 30.03.2026 and USD 66,200 claimed to have been deposited on This is a digitally signed order. In that view of the matter, learned counsel states that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and the suit may be decreed accordingly. He requests that the Court Fees be refunded in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2026. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the plaintiff as also having perused the said documents referred to above, it is amply clear that the parties have settled their disputes and the plaintiff has been remitted a sum of USD 76,200 by the defendants as demonstrated vide the SWIFT documents dated 30.03.2026. 6. In view thereof, there is no impediment in decreeing and disposing the suit as settled. 7. Let a decree sheet be drawn up as per the aforesaid terms. 8. The plaintiff shall be refunded the Court Fees as applicable under Section 16 of the Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2026 upon completion of all formalities as per Rules. 9.
