JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 17.06.2025 vide Annexure-F, wherein the petitioner requested to settle the legally dischargeable amount and to hand over the loan documents pertaining to the schedule property upon settlement of the loan and to refrain from continuing with further proceedings against the scheduled property. It is contended that respondent No.1 has not passed any order on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Hence, this petition. 2. A notice was issued to the respondents. Respondent No.1 has not considered the representation, and has not passed any order on the said representation. Once if a representation is submitted, it is the duty of respondent No.1 to consider and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above discussion, the writ petition is disposed off directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
