Heard Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sahibganj Muffassil P.S. Case No.12 of 2022. 3. It has been alleged that the accused persons were involved in extorting an amount of Rs.200/- from each of the trucks. A mob had also obstructed the administration from discharging their official duty. 4. The allegations appear to be general and omnibus in nature and some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 4650 of 2023 and B.A. No.9895 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2026. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj Muffassil P.S.
