The space in front of his house is being misused by certain unknown persons in the locality for dumping garbage and in spite of giving necessary complaints to the respondents, they have not taken steps to clear the garbage or prevent such unauthorized dumping. Hence, the present writ petition is - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22817 WP No. 12684 of 2026 filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to prevent the dumping of garbage in front of the house of the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, submits that the necessary steps will be taken to prevent the dumping of garbage in front of the house of the petitioner. 3. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent - Greater Bengaluru Authority, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to take necessary steps to prevent dumping of garbage in front of the house of the petitioner in accordance with law.
