Heard Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhanbad Mahila P.S. Case No.04 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.745 of 2026. 3. The petitioner had taken the informant to various places and on the pretext of marriage had established physical relationship with her. On 13.12.2025 on the instigation of the second girlfriend of the petitioner the informant was subjected to assault. The informant had also tried to commit suicide by consuming poison. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant had visited various places with the petitioner which reflects about the relationship between the petitioner and the informant. It has been submitted that the petitioner is a student of graduation and the informant is also the student of law. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2026. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the fact that admittedly there was a love affair between the petitioner and the informant, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X in connection with Dhanbad Mahila P.S.
