JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “ (i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ/ order quashing the order dated: 28.03.2023 passed by the respondent No.1 in No. ED 160 UPC 2022 (Annexure- “D”) and the amended order dated: 07.12.2023 passed by the respondent No.1 ED 160 UPC 2022 (Annexure- “ F”). (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the service of petitioner in the post of Kannada Subject in respondent No.4 college. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press prayer No.(i). The said submission is placed on record. Accordingly, prayer No.(i) is dismissed as not pressed. 4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representations at Annexures-K and L both dated 07.10.2024 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 5. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary orders on the said applications/representations. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representations at Annexures-K and L both dated 07.10.2024 and take appropriate decision / pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22081 WP No. 29911 of 2024 period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
