The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 42 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner had enticed away the daughter of the informant. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a love affair between the victim and the petitioner and in her statement recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S which is reflected in paragraph- 24 of the case diary, such fact is strengthened. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the existence of a love affair between the petitioner and the victim, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 42 of 2026 subject to the condition that he shall remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause.
