Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.03.2025, passed in WPS No.1652 of 2025. Learned counsel for respondents submits that pursuant to the order, subject matter of contempt petition, claim of petitioner along with others have been considered and he has been confirmed w.e.f. from 08.02.2015 vide order dated 23.06.2025 (Annexure R-1). He further contended that order has also been passed for grant of consequential benefits vide order dated 27.02.2026 (Annexure R-3), thereby the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 10.03.2025 in WPS No.1652 of 2025 has been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that arguing counsel is not available today and prays for time. 4. Perusal fo the reply filed by the respondents as also the documents Annexure R-1 and R-3 in the opinion of this Court, respondents have complied with direction issued by this Court vide order dated 10.03.2025 in WPS No.1652 of 2025.
