Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that as a settlement had been arrived at between the private parties and as it was undertaken before the learned jurisdictional Court that this application would be withdrawn in order to move bail application, it is prayed that the present application for bail may be dismissed as withdrawn.

On the prayer of the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the application for bail is dismissed as not pressed.
