The petitioner is an accused in connection with Baghmara P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025. 3. The informant was fired upon by the petitioner and another accused. 4. It appears that on the confession of the petitioner, arms and ammunitions were recovered. The informant had sustained fire-arm injuries. The petitioner has got criminal antecedents. 4. Though, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 02.11.2025 but regard being had to the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and his prayer for bail is hereby rejected, at this stage.
