The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the respondent authorities and issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, quashing the impugned Final Merit Lists/select list (Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-4) for the posts of Counselor and Child Helpline Supervisor (OBC) District Surajpur. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, directing the Respondent authorities to re-evaluate the merit list by - (i) Granting the Petitioner priority as per Clause 5 of the recruitment advertisement, considering his experience (8 years, including continuous Supervisor/Coordinator). (ii) Constituting a high-level, independent committee to conduct an in-depth investigation into all the allegations of manipulation of Skill Test marks for Respondent No. 5 (Supervisor) and the experience/ Skill Test documents of Respondent No. 6 (Counselor). 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to keep one post of Child Helpline Supervisor (OBC) and one post of Counselor vacant during the pendency of this Petition and until the final decision of this Hon'ble Court. 10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to immediately halt all further recruitment proceedings, including the final appointment of candidates for the posts of Child Helpline Supervisor (OBC) and Counselor, District Surajpur, pending the investigation and evaluation. 10.5 Grant any other relief or reliefs which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file better constituted petition. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, reserving liberty as prayed for. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
