It has been alleged that on the disclosure of the petitioner and another co- accused in Sahibganj(T) P.S. Case No.196 of 2025 a country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. 4. The petitioner is a constable in Indian Reserve Batallion who is in custody since 24.01.2026. Charge-sheet has been submitted. 5. Although the petitioner had one criminal antecedent but regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj (T) P.S.
