Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.53 of 2026 arising out of Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.685 of 2025. The informant was fired upon by the petitioner. It has been alleged that the petitioner had indulged in a similar act two year back. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury was suffered by the informant. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2025 and there is no other material which would suggest that the petitioner was involved in firing at the informant. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
