ORAL ORDER
Sri.A.S.Parasara Kumar, counsel for the petitioner appeared in person and High Court Government Pleader for respondent appeared in person.
2. The captioned writ petition is filed seeking a Wirt of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 26.12.2025 vide Annexure-R.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions.
4. High Court Government Pleader on instructions submits that an appropriate order may be passed.
5. The oral submission made by High Court Government Pleader is placed on record.
6. Heard the matter and perused the papers.
7. Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, mandamus is ordered directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 26.12.2025 vide Annexure-R in

accordance with the law within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
