Heard Mr. Baibhaw Gahlaut, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sector IV P.S. Case No.63 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that two miscreants were apprehended with a stolen motorcycle and on their confession, the petitioner was apprehended who admitted in selling the stolen motorcycles. 4. The apprehended accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 10123 of 2025. 5. It appears that on the pointing out by the petitioner, nine stolen motorcycles were recovered. Although there is recovery and the petitioner has antecedents but considering the fact that he is in custody since 06.06.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bokaro in connection with Sector IV P.S.
