This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent–Pharmacy Council of India and its officials to forthwith implement and faithfully comply with the order dated 13.07.2026 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 8741/2026, and to take all consequential steps in accordance with law; further be pleased to revive CONT.CAS(C) No. 926 of 2023 and CONT.CAS(C) No. 1049 of 2023, or otherwise initiate such appropriate proceedings as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit for the deliberate and wilful breach of the undertaking recorded by this Hon'ble Court and the continued disobedience of its This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the respondent points out that in a similar matter being W.P. (C) 8847/2026, this Court has extended the time granted on to comply with the similar direction, by a period of 2 weeks. 3. Thus, on parity, 2 weeks are further granted to the respondent to comply with the order dated 13.07.2026. No further extension shall be granted. 4. Additionally, the respondent shall file a status report indicating as to the number of institutions who have been granted approval from 13.07.2026 till date. 5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with liberty to revive the petition in case the directions are not complied with.
