Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that identical writ petitions filed by learned counsel for petitioner herein i.e. WPS No.8890/2023 (Manish Kumar Singh vs. State of CG & ors) and others, were dismissed vide order dated 12.11.2024 and therefore, this writ petition be also dismissed in same terms. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute above submission of learned counsel for respondent No.4. 3. The Coordinate Bench vide order dated 12.11.2024 passed in WPS No.8890/2023 and other connected matters, dismissed batch of writ petitions involving the issue as involved in present petition. Relevant para of the order is extracted herein below:- “11. Taking into consideration the facts of the present case, this Court has drawn the following conclusions:- i. The petitioners have not challenged the advertisement dated 04.09.2023; ii. There is an efficacious alternative remedy under Section 55 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Act to raise a dispute; iii. There is no nexus between the claim made by the petitioners for regularization and the advertisement issued by the Co-Operative Societies as both issues are entirely different; iv. If the claim of the petitioners has not been decided pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, they should have filed a contempt petition; v. Identical petitions have already been withdrawn; 3 Therefore, in the opinion of this court, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. Accordingly, these petitions fail and are hereby dismissed. Interim order, if any, granted earlier is hereby vacated. The petitioners would be at liberty to take recourse to law, if so advised.” 4. In view of above submission made by counsel for parties, this petition is also dismissed in terms of order passed in WPS No.8890/2023 dated 12.11.2024. 5. Certified copy as per rules.
