Heard Mr. Abhijeet Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No.57 of 2023 (S.T. No.153 of 2026). 3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed assault upon the informant with a sword who had later on died. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant was admitted in the hospital and discharged and he was re-admitted after three months for the treatment of his eye. It has been submitted that the post- mortem report reveals that no external injuries were found on the person of the deceased save and except an old scar which perhaps was on account of the assault inflicted by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2025. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VII, Dhanbad in connection with Kenduadih P.S.
