The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that the informant had developed friendship with the petitioner through Instagram and subsequently, on the pretext of marriage the petitioner had established physical relationship with the informant. However, later on the petitioner had denied solemnizing marriage with the informant. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly both the petitioner and the informant are major and they were having a love affair. 5. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2026. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the admitted fact that there was a love affair between the petitioner and the informant, in such circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S.
