Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bermo P.S. Case No.30 of 2026. 3. The petitioner was suspected to have enticed away the daughter of informant on the pretext of marriage. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner while referring to the 183 B.N.S.S. statement of the victim that due to a quarrel with her mother, the victim had herself gone to the house of her aunt. Learned counsel submits that there is no whisper about the petitioner in such statement. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Bermo P.S.
