The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No. 24 of 2026. Two tractors illegally loaded with sand were seized. The petitioners appear to be owners-cum-driver of the respective tractors. The petitioner no.1 has got criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and the explicit role played by them, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
