The petitioner has filed the present petition as a public interest litigation, inter alia, praying as under: "a) Constitute a new special Bench to hear the WA No.207/2022 and its linked matters WA No.1343/2021, WP Nos.290/2021, 1584/2022, 6456/2023, 27408/2023 & 21898/2023 for speedy disposal since a special Bench has released the matters after 'reserved for judgment' in terms of Annexures M & N; b) OR in the alternative, direct the board-section to list the WA No.207/2022 and its tagged matters at top of the cause list under the caption "Final Hearing" before the roster bench [i.e., CH-2] for hearing the matters on merits and for rendering the appropriate decision thereof expeditiously in terms of prayer(b) of letter-petition placed at Annexure-J; c) Pass any order/s that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12157-DB WP No. 1761 of 2026 2. The office has also raised an objection regarding the request of the petitioner to appear-in-person, since the petitioner is an association. One of the office bearers is present in Court and desires to represent the petitioner. 3. Without going into the office objections, we find that the prayers made in the present petition are not maintainable. 4. No writ can be issued for constitution of a special Bench. Since the matters referred to in the prayer are pending before this Court, it is obvious that the same would be listed before the concerned Bench, subject to the orders on the administrative side. 5.
