This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.05.2026 passed by learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge SC/ST, Ranchi in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 1032 of 2026, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that several accused persons had come to the land of the informant and had demolished the boundary wall as well as abused the informant in the name of his caste. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It has further been submitted that in fact the informant is occupying the land in question illegally, as the father of the informant has lodged a SAR Appeal as well as SAR Revision before the competent Court. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody since 09.05.2026. 2026:JHHC:16174 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 6. Regard being had to the generality of allegation levelled against the appellant and the fact that the informant seems to have occupied the land which belongs to the appellant, while setting aside, the order dated 18.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II- cum-Special Judge SC/ST Ranchi in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 1032 of 2026, the appellant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge SC/ST, Ranchi in connection with Lalpur P.S.
