Zaid Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber P.S. (Bokaro) Case No.23 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that the informant had clicked a link on APK file after which an amount of Rs.7,80,085/- got transferred to different accounts. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the mobile number from which the call was made to the informant belongs to some other person. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has one antecedent of a similar nature and he is custody since 18.02.2026. 5. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with Cyber P.S. (Bokaro) Case No.23 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall physically appear before 2026:JHHC:15960 the learned Trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial. 7.
