The petitioner is an accused in connection with Potka P.S. Case No. 01 of 2026. 3. The informant was accosted by two miscreants who looted mobile and his purse including cash and personal documents. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.01.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that some looted articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that charge- sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2026, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Potka P.S.
