The petitioner is an accused in connection with Simaria P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019. It has been alleged that some extremists had come to the construction site and had threatened the workers. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on self- confession rendered in Balumath P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019. Learned counsel submits that several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 10120 of 2025, B.A. No. 13537 of 2021 and B.A. No. 41 of 2022. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2026. Although learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Simaria P.S.
