The petitioners are accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 461/2025, arising out of Bodam P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1265 of 2025. It has been alleged that the mother of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons on the allegation of practicing witchcraft as a result of which she died. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is only suspicion against the petitioners and no materials have been collected in course of investigation which would suggest about the involvement of the petitioners in committing the murder of the mother of the informant. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are in custody since 07.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur in connection with in connection with S.T.
