No. 34/2017 arising out of the order dated 28.03.2017 passed by the JMFC, Nagri, District Dhamtari (C.G) in Criminal Complaint Case No.551/2006. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even when the matter is called out in second round. The matter is of the year 2017. Since no one appears for the petitioner despite repeated calls, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, this Court is left with no other way except to dismiss the revision for want of prosecution. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
