The interest of justice will be served by issuing the following directions: I. The SSP Gorakhpur shall ensure that a fair and impartial investigation is conducted in the matter as per law. II. In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the investigation, she may make an application before theSSP Gorakhpur. III. In case such application is made, the SSP Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Akshay Tripathi, Umesh Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Manoj Kumar, Saurabh Raj Sunil .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Gorakhpur shall examine the matter in accordance with law. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
