2. Sanjay Yadav
3. Birendra Yadav
... … Petitioners
Versus
1. The State of Jharkhand
2. Rajesh Badri Yadav
... … Opposite Parties
---------
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY
---------
For the Petitioners : Mr. Sanjeev Thakur, Advocate
For the State
: A.P.P.
For the O.P. No. 2 : Mr. Bharat Kumar, Advocate
--------- 02/02.06.2026 Heard Mr. Sanjeev Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. assisted by Mr. Bharat Kumar,
learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
The petitioners are accused in connection with Markacho P.S. Case No. 36/2025.
The informant, his brother and nephew were brutally assaulted by the accused persons.
It appears that so far as the petitioner no. 3 is concerned, he had committed assault upon the brother of the informant as well as upon the informant. So far as the allegations against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, the same seems to be general and omnibus in nature but as regards the petitioner no. 3 is concerned, he seems to be the main perpetrator of the assault.
Regard being had to the above, the prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 3 stands rejected at this stage.
So far as the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Koderma in connection with Markacho P.S. Case No. 36/2025.
This application stands disposed of.
