Heard Mr. Nishad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioners are accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that a theft was committed in the house of the informant and several valuables were stolen. 4. It appears that some stolen articles were recovered from the house of the petitioners which were identified by the informant in the Test Identification Parade (T.I.P.). However, considering the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioners are in custody since 13.01.2026, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau in connection with Chainpur P.S.
