Pursuant to the direction of this Hon’ble Court on March 11, 2025, One Man Committee had been constituted to look into the disputes between the petitioner and the University. One Man Committee, presided over by an Hon’ble Retired Judge of this Court, has submitted its recommendation to the University. 2. Mr. Chatterjee, learned Advocate appearing for the University, submits that the Executive Council of the University has formed a Three Member Committee to look into the recommendations of the One Man Committee, as submitted before them. Since the matter has been pending for some time, I direct the Three Member Committee of the Executive Council to consider the recommendations of the One Man Committee, as expeditiously as possible, 2 preferably by May 15, 2026 and intimate the result thereof to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of consideration. In the event the consideration is in favour of the petitioner, the University will take consequential reliefs and disburse the financial benefits that may have been granted to the petitioner. 3. With the aforstated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 5.
